When Revli processes personal data on behalf of a customer inside the Revli service, Revli usually acts as a data processor and processes that data under the customer's instructions and applicable data processing agreement.

Event attendees

11. Revli service data
When customers use the Revli service, Revli may process data such as meeting notes, sales interactions, CRM data, action items, summaries, tasks, account information and related metadata.
In most cases, this data is processed on behalf of the customer. The customer decides which data is connected to Revli, which users have access, and how the service is configured.
Revli does not use customer service data to train general AI models unless this has been explicitly agreed.
12. Automated processing
Revli may use automation and AI-assisted processing to support its services, such as generating summaries, identifying action items, preparing CRM updates or suggesting follow-up actions.
These outputs are intended to assist users and do not produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without human involvement.
13. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- request deletion of your personal data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your personal data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
