We're hiring

    AI Solutions Architect

Our version of a forward-deployed engineer.

    Full-time role
    Employee or freelance
    Hybrid (Ghent office, clients, home)
    Our mission

    Humanizing sales.

In the age of AI, we believe in people more than ever. Sales runs on human interaction and trust, and both become more decisive as everything around them gets automated. Yet salespeople spend most of their week behind a desk, buried in work that has nothing to do with selling.

Our mission is to humanize sales. Let machines do the robot work, and put salespeople back in front of their customers, informed and unburdened.

We're building the future of selling. It looks surprisingly human.

    Who we are

    The future of selling.

Revli is a young, ambitious startup from Ghent, founded by a salesperson who carried the bag and a technical founder who builds things that actually run on Monday morning.

We build custom AI solutions for B2B sales teams. Deliberately not another tool on the stack: stacking tools doesn't create productivity gains, fit does. Every solution is tailored to the client's commercial strategy, systems and way of working, and we stay until it sticks. It works, because it works the way our clients work.

Today that means working with leading mid-market and enterprise organizations to assist them in their AI-journey and transformation.

    Who you are

    Two words: grow and impact.

You are hungry to experiment, learn, fail, succeed and grow. You want your work to matter twice: inside a young company you help shape, and at the clients whose sales teams run on what you build.

As our AI Solutions Architect you step into a forward-deployed engineering role. You join our CEO in client conversations and architect tailored AI solutions for innovative mid-market and enterprise organizations in Belgium. Then you build them, land them and make them stick, running two or three implementations in parallel. Designing the solution excites you as much as shipping it. You are as comfortable in a client meeting as in a terminal.

    The hard skills

AI-first development. You build with LLMs, agents and APIs the way others build with frameworks, and you know when not to use AI at all.

Integrations. CRMs, ERPs and sales tools: you make systems talk to each other through APIs, webhooks and clean data flows.

Technical architecture. You design solutions that fit a client's existing stack and commercial strategy. The constraint is the craft.

Shipping discipline. You have a few years of building things real users depend on, and you kept them running.

Languages. They count as hard skills here: very good Dutch and English. French is a plus.

    Required

TypeScript and Node.js in production. Backend services, APIs and data pipelines that real users depend on.

Applied LLM engineering. Structured outputs, function calling, embeddings and retrieval, comfortable across model providers.

Integration engineering. REST APIs, webhooks, authentication flows and SQL (PostgreSQL or similar) to connect CRMs, ERPs and sales tools reliably.

Evaluation and observability. You test LLM-based solutions against defined success criteria and trace their behavior in production.

    Nice to have

Python for data and parsing tooling.

Document processing. PDF and DOCX parsing, OCR, multilingual content in Dutch and French.

    Front-end development. React, Tailwind CSS.

Workflow platforms. n8n, Make or similar, as pragmatic glue in client environments.

Deployment and compliance basics. Docker, CI/CD, EU data residency and GDPR awareness.

Structured data and knowledge modeling. Taxonomies, ontologies, knowledge graphs. Relevant to our tender intelligence work, and something we can teach.

    The soft skills

Eager to learn. New model, new tool, new client context: you would rather try it on Monday than read about it on Friday.

Communicative. You can explain a technical choice to a sales director, and a sales objection to an engineer.

Entrepreneurial. You see what a young startup needs before anyone assigns it.

Adoption-minded. You measure success by whether the sales team actually uses your work, not by whether it shipped.

    What we offer

    The package, in the open.

We ask our clients to pay for value, not hours. Hiring works the same way here: transparent, fair, and in writing before your first interview.
